Family & Children's Center, Inc., a leading non-profit human services agency in northern Indiana, is seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team. As part of our commitment to building strong families and promoting the holistic health of young families, the Part-Time In Home Therapist will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic support to individuals and families that are served through our various programs to prevent child abuse and neglect.
This position is part-time, non-exempt, with a starting wage of $45.00 per hour with an expectation of 25-30 hours per week and flexible schedule.
Duties:
- Conduct therapy sessions with individuals in their homes, utilizing evidence-based practices and applied behavior analysis.
- Collaborate to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Conduct clinical assessments to evaluate the need of therapeutic interventions.
- Provide counseling and support services to clients and their families in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
- Engage in social work activities to connect clients with community resources and support networks.
- Facilitate therapy sessions aimed at enhancing social skills and emotional well-being.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Education/Experience: Master’s Degree is required with at least one-year mental health field experience.
License/Certification: Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Clinician.
