Davenport Solutions is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Solutions Specialists. This is a field-based sales position involving face-to-face outreach in residential areas (door-to-door).
In this role, you will meet directly with customers to present and sell wireless phone and internet services, explain available options, and assist customers in selecting services that meet their needs.
This is an in-person role and is not remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned residential areas
- Present and explain wireless and internet service offerings, including pricing and promotions
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services
- Complete sales and maintain required documentation
- Track and report sales activity as required
- Participate in training and team meetings
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a field environment
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach
- Professional and reliable
- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work in-person in assigned territories
- Comfortable with outdoor, door-to-door customer interaction
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Compensation & Pay Structure
- Commission-Based Pay: Compensation is based on individual sales performance
- Paid Training: Training is provided and compensated
Earnings will vary based on performance, effort, and hours worked. Full details of the compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process.
