Fine dining experience is required.
Strong wine knowledge is a must.

Shift Details & Compensation
- Dinner shifts:
- Weekdays: 5:00 PM – Close (approx. 10:00 PM)
- Weekends: 4:30 PM – Close (approx. 11:00 PM)
- Average shift length: 7–8 hours
- Tip pool house
- Servers average $40–$50+ per hour
