American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical-Surgical position at an orthopedic institute in Missouri, working night shifts with a valid MO or compact RN license required.

42-bed Medical-Surgical unit within an orthopedic hospital setting
-
Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
-
Every other weekend (EOW) required
-
Floating to other units is required
-
50% of holidays during the contract must be worked
-
On-call responsibilities are required
-
Cerner charting experience is preferred
-
Active MO or Compact RN license currently in hand (no pending licenses)

Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
-
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience with at least 1 year in a Med/Surg setting

Must be able to ambulate, reach, and move objects weighing 20 lbs or more
-
Two professional references required for consideration

Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront for consideration

Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility may be considered at a reduced travel pay rate

Routine exposure to patients with contagious illnesses is expected in this role
