Position Overview
We’re looking for people who love making things happen.
Our Production Crew helps transform empty spaces into extraordinary experiences. One day they may be hanging lights, another day building scenery, moving furniture, greeting guests, selling merchandise, resetting immersive rooms, or helping solve unexpected challenges.
Everyone on this team is cross-trained. We jump in wherever we’re needed, support one another, and do whatever best serves the experience.
Responsibilities
- Set Design
- Event setup
- Décor installation
- Loading and unloading equipment
- Organizing supplies
- Moving furniture and props
- Assisting performers and production staff
- Guest support
- Merchandise sales
- Room resets during productions
- Event strike
We’re Looking For Someone Who…
- Enjoys physical work

- Doesn’t mind wearing many hats
Experience in theater, events, film production, construction, hospitality, or festivals is a plus, but not required.
