We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Professional Cleaner/Manager to lead our cleaning operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily cleaning activities across various facilities, ensuring a spotless, hygienic, and welcoming environment. Your leadership skills will drive a team of Perform detailed cleaning of Airbnb and short-term rental properties Clean residential and commercial properties Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect all areas Make beds and stage homes to guest-ready standards Wash, dry, fold, and manage linens and towels Restock guest amenities and household supplies Inspect properties for damages or maintenance concerns Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company standards Ensure every property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the next gues staff, fostering a culture of excellence and attention to detail. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning teams to ensure all areas meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality control measures.
- Train new staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement processes.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee laundry services where applicable, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Lead by example in performing janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and custodial duties across commercial or hospitality environments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning services, janitorial work, or custodial roles within commercial or hospitality settings.
- Previous supervising or management experience in a cleaning or housekeeping environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety standards.
- Experience with laundry operations and hotel or hospitality housekeeping management is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with team members and clients alike.
