About the Role
GOFO is seeking an experienced Hub Head / Deputy Hub Head to lead daily operations at our distribution hub. This position is responsible for overall warehouse performance, including package receiving, sorting, staging, outbound operations, staffing, safety, equipment, KPIs, and cost control.
We are looking for a hands-on operations leader who can manage the entire warehouse, lead frontline teams, respond quickly to operational issues, and continuously improve productivity and service quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and sorting center operations, including receiving, sorting, staging, transfer, and outbound activities.
- Ensure packages are processed accurately, safely, and on schedule.
- Manage overall warehouse workflow and allocate labor based on daily volume and operational priorities.
- Lead warehouse teams, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, coaching, and employee development.
- Monitor key operational KPIs such as productivity, throughput, accuracy, labor efficiency, on-time performance, and safety.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain warehouse SOPs and standardized operating procedures.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies or operational exceptions.
- Manage warehouse equipment, including forklifts, racking, and sorting equipment, and coordinate maintenance when needed.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements, company policies, and operational standards.
- Support warehouse budgeting, labor cost management, and expense control.
- Coordinate with transportation, dispatch, customer service, finance, and other internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Work with vendors, carriers, and external partners to support smooth transportation and delivery operations.
- Respond to urgent operational issues and make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required due to regular communication with bilingual internal teams.
- At least 2 years of direct warehouse or distribution center management experience required; 3+ years preferred.
- Experience managing an entire warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment center, or sorting operation strongly preferred.
- Experience in parcel sorting, high-volume distribution, 3PL, fulfillment, or last-mile logistics is a strong plus.
- Proven experience managing warehouse teams, including supervisors, team leads, and frontline associates.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, labor planning, inventory control, safety, and KPI management.
- Experience using WMS and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use operational data to identify and resolve issues.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Candidates with experience in large-scale logistics, parcel, fulfillment, distribution center, or 3PL environments are highly preferred.
- Experience with companies or operations similar to FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon, large 3PL providers, or high-volume distribution centers is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $74,800.00 - $93,600.00 per year
