Quapaw Baths & Spa is seeking a friendly, dependable, and guest-focused Private Bath Attendant to join our Water Department team. This position plays an important role in creating a relaxing and memorable experience for our guests by preparing private bath rooms, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare private bath rooms for guest appointments
- Fill and maintain thermal mineral baths
- Clean and sanitize private bath rooms between guests
- Provide guests with information about their services and facility amenities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the private bath area
- Restock towels, supplies, and guest amenities as needed
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
