Requirements of a Lead Window Installer:
- 3 Years of Residential Window / Door Install or Interior/Exterior Remodeling experience required
- Experience Installing Replacement, New Construction Windows and Interior/Exterior Trim required
- Crew Lead / Supervisor experience preferred

Responsibilities of Lead Window Installer:
- This role involves leading the installation of residential replacement and new construction windows and exterior doors
- Responsibilities include installing windows and doors, weatherproofing and sealing openings, installing interior and exterior trim, reading plans and measurements, and ensuring quality installations
- Projects primarily include residential remodeling, exterior renovations, storm damage restoration, and new home construction
