Counter sales/ hydraulic hose support
Progressive and well-established Hose, Rubber and Industrial Supply Company is seeking highly motivated Counter Sales/ Warehouse Assembly Support professionalwho is looking for a career, not a job, to become part of our company.
The individual should be able to work in a team atmosphere in a positive manner.
Mechanically inclined, and proficiency with tools.
Possess the ability to work independently and/ or with direction from manager.
The individual will work on repetitive, as well as versatile assignments.
Basic computer skills are necessary, and must be willing to learn our system.
Good people skills required and ability to be on time.
Responsibilities:
· Assist walk-in customers to ascertain needs, determine parts required, and advise customers of the best solution.
· Manufacturing and assembling hoses.
· Pick, pack, and ship orders to customers.
· Put away incoming stock.
· Establish and maintain excellent professional image and interpersonal relations with fellow employees and customers.
· Maintain accuracy when filling out invoices, receiving documents, purchase orders, and credit memos.
· Attention to detail and the ability to handle sometimes stressful situations.
