Summary
As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will contribute to the health and aesthetics of outdoor environments, reporting to the Grounds Maintenance Supervisor. The role focuses on maintaining lawns, landscapes, and irrigation systems while ensuring safe, efficient outdoor work. You will apply lawn care, pruning, and basic landscaping techniques to keep properties pristine, handle hand tools and equipment, and perform debris removal and tree care as needed. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills support reliable, high-quality outdoor maintenance across our sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, mulching, and debris removal to keep properties tidy and healthy.
- Operate hand tools and machinery (e.g., irrigation systems, small equipment) with attention to safety and efficiency; assist with excavation or heavy lifting as needed.
- Trim trees and shrubs, prune plants, and perform basic tree care to promote growth and aesthetic appeal.
- Monitor and maintain grounds, apply fertilizer or treatments as directed, and report any issues to supervisors.
- Communicate with team members to coordinate daily routes and ensure high-quality workmanship.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
