We're working a confidential search for a commercial general contractor on the Western Slope of Colorado that's looking to bring on an Assistant Project Manager with real room to grow. This is the kind of role where you're not stuck doing the same thing for five years, you're being groomed toward running your own projects.
What you'll be doing
Coordinating project documentation, cost tracking, and subcontractor communication
Managing RFIs, submittals, and procurement logs in Procore
Assisting with WIP reports, change orders, and buyout
Working closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent on day to day operations
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
Comfort with construction drawings, specifications, and scope review
Detail oriented self starters who can handle a fast pace
Relocation support is available for candidates with real ties to the Montrose, Delta, or Ridgway area.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
