What You'll Do
As an Inside Team Member, you'll help keep our operation running smoothly by:
- Providing friendly, efficient service to every guest
- Taking accurate phone, online, and in-person orders
- Answering customer questions and resolving concerns professionally
- Preparing fresh pizza dough and ingredients
- Slicing, chopping, and portioning toppings and other food items
- Assembling and preparing pizzas according to company standards
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to ensure every guest receives a great product and experience
- Executing customer orders accurately, including special requests
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Supporting fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience
What You'll Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
