Part-Time Apprentice / Installation Helper

Express Blinds, Shutters, Shades & Drapes is seeking a dependable, hard-working Apprentice / Installation Helper to assist our lead installers with the installation of interior window treatments including blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery.
This is an excellent entry level opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in attention to detail, and wants to learn a skilled trade. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Position Details
* Part-time position
* Approximately 20–30 hours per week
* Daytime weekday schedule
* All tools provided
Responsibilities
* Assist lead installer with residential and commercial installations
* Carry, organize, and prepare materials for installation
* Operate small hand tools safely and efficiently
* Maintain a clean and professional work environment in clients’ homes
* Assist with loading/unloading products and installation materials
* Follow company installation procedures and safety standards
Requirements
* Ability to climb stairs and ladders
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* Comfortable working with small hand tools
* Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Reliable transportation and punctuality required
Important Requirements
A full background check and drug screening will be performed prior to employment.

Previous installation or construction experience is helpful, but not required. We will train the right candidate.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
