About the Role
As Marketing Operations & Engagement Coordinator, you’ll focus on member marketing and campaign execution while supporting some cross-functional marketing needs of brokers and employers.
This role is responsible for owning and optimizing marketing systems, campaigns and data – all with a goal to drive member activation and ongoing engagement. You’ll ensure campaigns run smoothly, data is accurate and performance is continuously improving.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, test and deploy member lifecycle campaigns
- Execute employer communications
- Maintain audience lists, segmentation and data accuracy
- Ensure consistency across systems, communications and platforms
- Identify improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
- Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Track and report on key KPIs (engagement, activation, utilization)
- Drive, collect and manage member testimonials, reviews, and feedback
- Develop and maintain engagement collateral including flyers, videos, etc.
- Manage and execute social media content calendars
- Update broker, employer and member portals with current resources
- Ensure media and ben admin partner listings reflect current services and messaging
- Make light updates to website content and support larger site updates
- Assist with planning and coordination of quarterly team retreats, including agendas, travel, hotels, meals and team activities (2 remote retreats & 2 in-person per year)
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives including birthdays and company-level monthly calendars
- Support onboarding, offboarding and equipment tracking processes for team members
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordinator or digital marketing roles
- Strong understanding of marketing workflows, systems and campaign execution
- Experience with email marketing platforms (MailChimp or similar)
- High attention to detail with strong QA, organizational, time management and follow-through skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working with data, reporting and spreadsheets
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable communicating via Zoom/Teams, Slack, Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in B2B2C environments
- Experience improving or building marketing processes and workflows
- Basic editing or design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
