Job Title: Dental Assistant (RDA / EFDA)

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour (depending on experience)

We are looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our thriving dental family!
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Support: Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures (restorative, surgical, cosmetic, etc.) utilizing four-handed dentistry.
- Patient Comfort: Welcome, seat, and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring they feel relaxed and informed throughout their visit.
- Diagnostics: Take high-quality digital X-rays, intraoral photographs, and diagnostic impressions (or digital scans) as directed.
- Sterilization & Safety: Sterilize and disinfect instruments, prepare and break down treatment rooms, and strictly adhere to OSHA and CDC infection control protocols.
- Administrative Assistance: Maintain accurate electronic patient records, update medical histories, and assist with post-operative instructions and scheduling.
- Experience with Open Dental software is a plus.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1+ years of experience as a dental assistant preferred (new graduates from accredited programs are welcome to apply!).
- Certifications:
- Radiology/X-ray certification (Required).
- Active CPR/BLS certification (Required).
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and proficiency with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental).

Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday & Thursday (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
- Wednesday (11 AM - 7 PM)
- No weekends!
