About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team in Dayton, Ohio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced office environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
The right candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing customer communication, administrative tasks, and front-office responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally and efficiently
- Provide quotes to potential customers based on project needs
- Follow up with leads and existing customers on quotes to help convert opportunities into booked jobs
- Maintain and organize the front office area
- Collect and distribute incoming mail
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory
- Welcome guests and provide a positive first impression
- Assist with general administrative and office support tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or office experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Forms
- Comfortable learning new software and technology
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
- Experience or knowledge in logistics, shipping, freight, or supply chain operations is a plus, but not required
