For the professional who understands that exceptional service begins with how people are treated.
Clients are retirees and families planning for retirement. From the first call to the walk through our front door to the follow-up email two days later, you shape what it feels like to be a client here. Most of it is ordinary, and what people need is warmth, competence, and a fast answer. Some of it is not ordinary, and what they need is someone steady. You will be good at both.
That is what we mean by client experience. Not just a smooth process, but the sense that this firm has them.
Every piece of it is deliberate. The office is welcoming because someone made it that way. The greeting is warm and by name. The room is ready before the meeting starts. The email gets answered when you said it would. Nothing falls through. Clients come to trust a firm because the details never once let them down.
At Lukas Total Wealth, client experience is not a department. It is a discipline, and this role owns it end to end. You do not need a financial background. We will teach you the industry. We cannot teach someone to genuinely care about people.
