Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the proper assembly of the exterior and interior doors by the scheduled delivery date, forklift operations as needed, prepping all trim materials, packing and delivering all material by the scheduled delivery date, shipping and receiving, inventory, and maintaining a clean shop area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proper completion and assembling of exterior and interior doors.
- Prep all trim materials i.e. jamb legs ready for assembly.
- Receive all deliveries and make sure it is inventoried correctly.
- Pack material scheduled for delivery.
- Deliver materials to job sites as required.
- Make every effort to provide a clean and professional door shop.
- Practice all safety precautions to ensure the safety of yourself and others. Always notify the Warehouse Floor Manager or Human Resource Manager if any unsafe situation arises.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to bend and lift as much as 50 lbs.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to use tools.
- Must be able to pack heavy materials and bend for strapping etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
