What You’ll Do
As a Sales Associate & Barista, you’ll be the heart of our customer experience:
- Greet customers warmly and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere
- Take and prepare orders accurately using our POS system
- Recommend and upsell menu items — especially our pastries and coffee
- Prepare food and beverages to our quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including restocking, dishes, and bathrooms
- Support opening and closing duties (cash handling, inventory, etc.)
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to learn our menu and talk confidently about our products
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and telephone etiquette
- Ability to lift 20 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Food Handler Certification
