- Assist with data entry tasks as needed to ensure accurate information management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
- Experience in Accounts receivables is beneficial but not required.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for customer management.
