Job Description
Job Title: Territory Manager – Inside Sales Western US
Reports To: General Manager
Summary: This position is responsible for managing and striving to maximize the sales and profits of the company by promoting and selling premium custom products. These include overhead, carriage, entry, shutters, and gates through outstanding customer service and effective sales techniques in specified geographic territories. The target market is architects, builders, homeowners, and dealers by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
1. Promotes and sells custom made garage doors, entry doors, and related exterior millwork through consultative and suggestive sales techniques to meet and surpass revenue goals.
2. Generate leads from architects, builders, dealers, homeowners, ad inquiries, blogs, direct mail, trade shows, business directories, websites, and other sources.
3. Promptly follow up on company supplied leads.
4. Use company software to provide customers with product price quotations, details regarding all accessories available, warranty procedures and additional details as appropriate.
5. Writes up and processes sales orders in a professional manner, in accordance with guidelines.
6. Relays appropriate information to customers to enhance the customer experience.
7. Works with internal staff to resolve customer complaints and problems in a timely manner.
8. Understands and supports sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers, as well as efficient internal workflow.
9. Enter all sales leads and opportunities in CRM as required by the manager.
10. Provide weekly updated order projections to management.
11. Research trends and technical developments through related publications. Attend training sessions to maintain current knowledge and meet customer requests.
12. Assist with onboarding of internal sales reps as needed.
13. Maintains a high level of professional conduct and appearance at all times.
14. Pursue leads in the territory through referrals and research, using cold calling and networking techniques.
15. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals consistently.
16. Work with Dealer Development Manager to promote dealer sales in territory.
17. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
Associate Degree. Prior sales experience required.
Knowledge of woodworking and/or residential construction desired.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
