We're looking for an energetic, organized, and highly motivated professional to join our team as an Inside Sales & Office Coordinator.
This is not a traditional office job. We're looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in helping a business grow. You'll play a critical role in converting leads into appointments, supporting our sales team, and ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience from their first phone call through project completion.

Primary ResponsibilitiesInside Sales
Your primary responsibility will be generating opportunities for our sales team by:
- Calling homeowners who have requested roofing information or inspections.
- Scheduling appointments for our roofing consultants.
- Following up with previous estimates that did not result in a sale.
- Re-engaging older leads to uncover new opportunities.
- Learning why homeowners chose another contractor so we can continuously improve our products, services, and sales process.
- Maintaining detailed notes and updating our CRM.
- Building rapport and representing our company with professionalism on every call.
Office & Administrative Support
When not actively working sales opportunities, you'll assist with day-to-day office operations including:
- Assisting with permit applications and related documentation.
- Working with financing partners to help customers secure funding.
- Meeting with customers to collect signatures and deliver paperwork when needed.
- Supporting customer communication throughout the roofing process.
- Maintaining organized files and project documentation.
- Assisting with various administrative projects that help keep the company running efficiently.

Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred (inside sales, customer service, or call center experience is a plus).
- Administrative or office experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Schedule
This position requires flexibility.
Because many homeowners are available outside of normal business hours, candidates must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
