Hospital Director – Nampa Veterinary Hospital (Nampa, ID)

What you’ll be doing:
- Partner with the Medical Director to support hospital operations and team success
- Create and manage team schedules
- Recruit, hire, and retain a strong, engaged team
- Support client communication, including handling concerns and conflict resolution
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality patient and client experience
- Oversee daily operations and improve workflow efficiency
- Maintain safety and compliance standards (OSHA, etc.)
- Assist with payroll processes
- Monitor and report on hospital performance, growth, and team retention
- Act as the central point of support, problem-solving, and leadership for the team
What we’re looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Veterinary experience in a clinical setting required (2+ years preferred, flexible for the right person)
- Experience leading teams or managing operations
- Familiarity with payroll processes
- Understanding of medical terminology and hospital workflows
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized with a strategic, solution-oriented mindset
Schedule:
Business Hours planned to be open 7am–7pm, Monday-Friday, with eventual expansion to be open on weekends. This role allows for Flexible scheduling, typically 38-40 hours per week, in person primarily during open business hours.
