We are looking for a Merchandise Lead to join our team in New Castle, PA!
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Working with management to come up with plans to effectively use selling to help maximize sales
- Oversee all merchandising aspects of their given department
- Review sales reports to identify selling opportunities within their given department
- Relaying plans to the night time crew
- Backup cashier as needed
Job Requirements Include:
- Open availability, including nights and weekends
- Ability to self-start and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Problem solving skills
Previous experience merchandising and/or working in a retail environment preferred
