Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Office Assistant / Customer Service & Office Support Representative to support daily office operations and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, assisting customers, taking orders, answering questions, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via email.
Take customer orders and ensure accurate order entry and processing.
Answer customer questions regarding products, services, pricing, and order status.
Provide support for small orders and follow up as needed.
Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Perform data entry, filing, and document management.
Maintain customer records and update information in company systems.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and office activities.
Manage office supplies and help maintain an organized workspace.
Support management and team members with general administrative tasks.
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for customers and visitors.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
