Job Title: Customer Service Staff Member – Indoor Playground
Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and responsible Customer Service Staff Member to join our indoor playground team. This role focuses on creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and families while delivering excellent customer service. You will be the face of our facility, helping ensure every guest has a positive and memorable experience.

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Occasional flexibility may be required for special events, school holidays, or birthday parties.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Front Desk
- Greet children, parents, and guardians in a warm and professional manner
- Check in guests, manage waivers, and process admissions or memberships
- Answer questions about pricing, rules, events, and services
- Handle phone calls, messages, and general inquiries
Child & Facility Supervision
- Monitor play areas to ensure all safety rules are followed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and controlled environment at all times
- Report any safety concerns or incidents to management immediately
Cleanliness & Maintenance
- Keep play areas, party rooms, and common spaces clean and organized
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces and equipment throughout the day
- Follow all cleaning and hygiene procedures consistently
Customer Experience
- Provide excellent service to ensure a positive experience for families
- Address minor customer concerns professionally and calmly
- Maintain a friendly, welcoming, and fun atmosphere at all times

Qualifications
- Friendly, patient, and enjoys working with children and families
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Responsible, attentive, and safety-focused
- Able to stay active, stand for long periods, and move quickly in a busy environment
- Reliable and punctual (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–3 PM availability required)
Preferred (not required):
- Experience in childcare, retail, hospitality, or recreation settings
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
