We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Aesthetician to join our team at a medical spa. Our ideal candidate has a passion for delivering exceptional skincare services, is customer-service oriented, and has extensive knowledge of various skincare treatments, including laser and body contouring procedures.
Responsibilities:
-Performing a range of aesthetic treatments such as facials, microneedling, chemical peels, laser and body contouring treatments.
-Conducting consultations with clients to determine their skincare needs and providing personalized treatment plans.
-Providing post-treatment care and advice to clients.
-Maintaining client records and providing reports to the management team.
-Working with other members of the team to ensure the medical spa operates smoothly and efficiently.
-Attending training and keeping up to date with the latest skincare techniques and technologies.
Requirements:
-A current State of Massachusetts Aesthetician license.
-A current Nurse Practitioner license a plus
-A minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed aesthetician, including extensive experience with laser, body contouring, and microneedling treatments.
-Strong communication and customer service skills.
-Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from management.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings.
