JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests
- Explain menu items and specials with knowledge and enthusiasm
- Take orders, serve food and beverages efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of serving experience (Mediterranean/Lebanese cuisine a plus)
- Barista and Bar Experience is a big plus!
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with grace
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be available for lunch and/or dinner shifts
