Promote the Hoffman Estates Park District and Triphahn Center Ice Rink by delivering high-quality service that meets and exceeds guest expectations at the Ice Box Concession Stand.
Supervision Received
All work is performed under the supervision of the Bar & Grill Service Manager at Bridges of Poplar Creek Country Club.
Essential Duties and Requirements:
General Administration

Open and close the Ice Box concession stand in accordance with established procedures.

Maintain accountability for all cash banks and revenue collected during shifts.

Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for all food and beverage transactions.

Prepare and serve menu items in a timely and efficient manner.

Stock and replenish inventory as needed.
-
Prepare and submit inventory/order requests to the Bar & Grill Service Manager.
-
Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions in all work areas.

Complete assigned side work duties.

Adhere to dress code and grooming standards at all times.

Wear required uniform and name tag during all scheduled shifts.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Promote and describe daily specials or featured items.

Pay Rate
$15–$18 per hour

Requirements:

Must possess a valid Illinois driver’s license.

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Ability to safely operate equipment required to complete assigned tasks.

Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds without restrictions related to bending or twisting.

Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and fellow employees in a polite, professional, and businesslike manner.
