Bilingual Senior Construction Superintendent – Residential & Commercial
Fortitude Builders & Restoration is seeking a highly experienced, dependable Bilingual Senior Construction Superintendent to provide hands-on field leadership and construction oversight for residential and commercial projects throughout Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point and the surrounding Triad area.
Compensation: $40–$65 per hour, depending on experience and assignment.
BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH FLUENCY IS REQUIRED.
Candidates must be able to communicate professionally and effectively in both English and Spanish, including communicating construction terminology, scopes of work, field instructions, deficiencies, corrective actions and expectations to subcontractors and field crews.
This is an as-needed, project-based position. It is not necessarily a traditional 40-hour-per-week position. Some assignments may last one day. Others may require several days or multiple weeks of continuous project oversight.

We are looking for an experienced construction professional with the knowledge and judgment to walk onto a project, quickly understand what is happening, take control of the field when necessary, coordinate the trades, identify problems and ensure the work is completed correctly.
