This is an in-person, customer-facing role where you will provide customer service, answer questions, assist with account setup, and support sales activity. What You’ll Be Doing as a Wireless Customer Representative
- Provide face-to-face customer service and support during daily customer interactions
- Engage with customers directly to present AT&T’s internet and wireless services, answering questions and identifying needs
- Deliver personalized consultations, guiding customers through plan comparisons and helping them make confident decisions
- Close new customer accounts while ensuring accurate documentation, installation scheduling, and follow-up service delivery
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as a trusted point of contact for ongoing inquiries
- Collaborate with your team daily to develop innovative sales techniques and share success stories
- Stay informed on AT&T’s latest products, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate and compelling information
- Track progress and goals, reporting achievements and challenges to management for coaching and support
