We are a growing San Diego-based beauty brand dedicated to helping people feel confident through innovative products and creative marketing. We're looking for an organized, creative, and motivated Marketing Coordinator with marketing experience who is excited to help grow our brand and make an impact.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day marketing and sales operations
- Plan, create, and schedule email and SMS marketing campaigns in Klaviyo
- Manage and schedule content across social media platforms
- Design marketing graphics and promotional materials in Canva
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and marketing campaigns
- Assist with sales support, reporting, and administrative tasks
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Brainstorm and execute new marketing initiatives and promotions
Qualifications
- 1+ year of marketing experience required
- Experience with social media marketing and content scheduling
- Experience with Klaviyo email marketing required
- Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
- Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects
- Passion for beauty, branding, and digital marketing
- Must be able to work in our San Diego office 3 days per week
