Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in alignment with individualized treatment plans
- Follow behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect accurate data on client progress during each session
- Maintain open communication with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members
- Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment
Requirements
- Availability to work 30 hours per week
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Genuine passion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities reach their goals
- Advanced English fluency (spoken and written) to acquire the skills to accurately teach ABA Verbal Behavior to children diagnosed with Autism (conversational skills, requesting, labeling, answering who, what, where, how and why questions, parts of speech, past tense.)
- Active RBT Certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Current Medicaid provider approval for Florida
- Previous experience providing ABA therapy
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with electronic data collection systems
- Ability to use technology to create stimuli for clients
