Job Description
We are an extremely successful and popular restaurant looking to add an experienced Line Cook to our kitchen. This position is full time (40+ hours a week), hourly pay averages $25-$28/per hour after tips, and shifts begin 9-10am and run until 5-7pm.

Key Elements of the Job
- Maintain food handlers permit as necessary to fulfill state requirements.
- Knife and Organizational Skills.
- Ability to work under little supervision with time constraints while maintaining a high level of performance.
- Ability to read and prepare recipes, in careful detail.
- Knowledge of and ability to conform to Food Service sanitation practices.
- Ability to work with staff to resourcefully resolve food service problems.
- Ability to work in a team setting and be a team player.
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
- Ability to follow and adhere to policies, procedures and standards
- Wood Burning Oven Experience is preferred but not necessary
