Lead and supervise a crew of 2-3 employees, delegating tasks and ensuring efficient workflow on assigned properties.

Operate bark blowers to distribute mulch on large landscapes and perform hand mulching in smaller areas.

Perform lawn care duties, including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a neat appearance.

Identify and control weeds, pests, and diseases, applying appropriate treatments and recommending preventive measures.

Operate and maintain landscape equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools safely and effectively.

Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Adhere to safety protocols and environmental guidelines while performing landscape tasks and handling chemicals.

Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure expectations are met and issues are addressed promptly.

Report to the Operations Manager and collaborate with the larger team to achieve company goals.

Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT card (assistance provided during the DOT process).

At least 3 years of experience in mowing or landscape maintenance.

Previous experience supervising or leading a team.

Proficiency in operating landscape maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
