Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items including:
- Philly cheesesteaks
- Chicken cheesesteaks
- Wings
- Fries
- Mozzarella sticks
- Boiled peanuts
- Water ice and drinks
- Maintain food quality, freshness, and presentation
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Keep kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
- Work quickly and efficiently during busy hours
- Communicate professionally with team members and customers
- Assist with prep work, cleaning, and closing duties
- Ensure customer orders are accurate and completed on time
Requirements
- Must be dependable and on time
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Previous restaurant or cooking experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
Schedule
- Monday – Saturday
- Availability between 12PM – 8PM preferred
- Weekends and holidays may be required
Pay
- Competitive pay based on experience
