Location: Coconut Grove, Miami, Florida

Key Responsibilities
- Punctual Opening: Responsible for arriving early to open the store, disarming alarms, preparing the cash wrap, and ensuring doors open promptly at start time.
- Sales Floor Engagement: Proactively assist customers, style outfits, maintain a vibrant floor presence, and drive sales.
- Store Productivity: Utilize downtime effectively by restocking inventory, organizing displays, steaming garments, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Professional Conduct: Maintain a calm, welcoming, and highly professional demeanor with customers and team members at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales (apparel/boutique experience preferred).
- Absolute reliability and excellent punctuality are non-negotiable requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay productive during quiet store hours.
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
