We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented a livestream operation supervisor (Local Only) to lead and optimize our live commerce initiatives on our channels @beautycollective, @dailywarehouse & @clearancedistrict on TikTok. We ARE a rapidly growing TikTok Shop live-commerce company specializing in beauty products, fragrances, apparel, collectibles, and more. We operate multiple daily livestreams and are looking for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
This is not a traditional retail management position. We're looking for someone who can lead people, solve problems quickly, improve systems, and keep multiple livestream operations running efficiently.
Position Summary
The Livestream Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily execution of all livestream operations. You will manage livestream hosts, coordinate inventory with the warehouse, monitor performance metrics, solve operational issues in real time, and ensure every stream is prepared for success.
This role bridges the gap between the livestream team and warehouse operations while maintaining a high standard of accountability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise multiple TikTok livestreams throughout the day
- Manage and coach livestream hosts
- Monitor GMV, AOV, order count, conversion rate, and other KPIs
- Ensure each stream has the correct inventory prepared before going live
- Coordinate with the Shipping Supervisor to maintain inventory flow
- Create daily livestream schedules and assign hosts
- Resolve operational issues quickly with minimal downtime
- Train and onboard new livestream hosts
- Hold team members accountable for attendance and performance
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
- Maintain SOPs and ensure they are consistently followed
- Provide daily and weekly performance reports to ownership
Qualifications
- Previous leadership or management experience required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Highly adaptable and willing to improve existing processes
- Experience with livestream selling, e-commerce, TikTok Shop, or retail operations is preferred but not required
- Proficient with computers and potentially seller central
- Must be available to work overnight shifts, weekends, and extended hours as business needs require.
- Must be dependable and willing to adjust schedules during peak sales events and high-volume periods.
