Seasonal HVAC Technician – Entry Level

We’re looking for a motivated Seasonal HVAC Technician to join our team for approximately 3 months. This is a great opportunity for someone who is new to the HVAC industry, recently completed HVAC training, or wants hands-on field experience.
What You’ll Do
- Assist experienced HVAC technicians with commercial service work
- Help with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Learn proper use of HVAC tools and equipment
- Assist with diagnosing heating and cooling issues
- Perform basic maintenance and equipment inspections
- Follow company safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers
What We’re Looking For
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems or completion of HVAC training is a plus
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Dependable, punctual, and hardworking
- Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and in various weather conditions
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to safely lift and carry equipment and materials
- Previous HVAC experience is not required
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
