The Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a licensed nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care essential to the personal needs and comfort of our residents. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Assisting residents with or performing Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
- Assisting residents with ambulation and transfers.
- Assisting licensed nurses with treatments and procedures as needed.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
- Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
Qualifications (We Welcome New Grads!):
- Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
- Current CNA certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of computer use, or willingness to learn.
Preferred (But Not Required):
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
- Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
- Behavioral care or memory care experience.
