Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of frontline associates to consistently exceed performance targets.
- Monitor daily productivity, quality, and service metrics, and implement corrective strategies where needed.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex issues, exercising sound judgment and decisive leadership.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to drive individual and team growth.
- Analyze team performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Partner with site leadership to align daily operations with broader organizational goals.
- Support onboarding and training initiatives to ensure new team members ramp quickly and effectively.
- Champion a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory, team lead, or leadership capacity within a call center, sales, or customer operations environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams to meet or exceed performance benchmarks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into action.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Proficiency with standard business software and the ability to learn operational systems quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or leadership certifications a plus.
