Pro Wheel Repair is looking for a dependable and motivated Automotive Shop Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment and takes pride in quality workmanship. While tire experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within our company.
Job Responsibilities
- Mount, dismount, and balance tires and wheels.
- Prepare wheels for repair by sanding, sandblasting, washing, and cleaning.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform local pickups from body shops and dealerships.
- Deliver completed repair orders and assist with local billing drop-offs.
- Complete supply runs as needed.
- Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.
- Provide professional customer service during pickups, deliveries, and in-shop interactions.
- Follow all shop safety procedures and safe lifting practices.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to lift and move automotive wheels safely.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Tire mounting and balancing experience.
- Automotive shop or dealership experience.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
- Customer service experience.
Compensation & Probationary Period
- Full-time position.
- New hires are subject to a 90-day probationary period.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
