A Finishline Car Wash Crew member is a fast paced, multi-tasking, customer focused position. Our Car Wash Crew members are responsible for providing the utmost care to our customers and maintaining our facility in the finest quality. Communicating the value of our wash club is essential.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain an impeccable property, cleanliness is a priority
- Always create a happy customer: reinforce the unique products we offer, sell wash clubs, and communicate 24 hour access
- Observe operation of automatic and self serve bays to detect any issues with a focus on safety and service always
- Direct guests to wash stations and assist guests with pay station and product and services
- Greet and talk with guests before and after their wash is complete; ensure car quality
- Maintain operational equipment
- Assist with the operations to open and close the facility including cleaning
- All other duties as assigned by management
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position will not have any direct supervisory responsibilities

- Regularly required to stand for long periods of time in the outside weather elements, including very cold and hot weather
- Occasionally required to make a minor repair to operational equipment
- Regularly required to lift and/or move items up to 20 pounds without assistance, occasionally required to lift and move items 25–45 pounds with assistance
- Consistent cleaning required. Emptying trash, polishing chrome, sweeping, pressure cleaning, wiping down equipment, keeping bays clear of trash and mud, blowing off of leaves and debris, maintaining office and equipment room cleanliness

- This position will work at the facility and be exposed to the weather elements at all times.
- Hours of work include a 4 - 6 hour shift, but additional hours may be needed to ensure duties are met. All personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
