Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests (internal and external) in a friendly, professional manner
- Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with Marriott standards
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to housekeeping staff to improve performance and service quality
- Ensure team members understand and follow all cleaning protocols and standards
- Maintain accurate inspection records, including deficiencies and corrective actions
- Collaborate with management to address housekeeping issues and give guest feedback
- Assist housekeepers in completing rooms in a timely manner when needed
- Clean guest rooms and public areas as necessary
- Maintain efficiency, consistency, and strong attention to detail in all tasks
- Complete daily logs and checklists accurately
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, etc.)
- Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate reliable attendance
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures while exemplifying company values
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
