Litigation Paralegal
Location: Hybrid (U.S.)
Compensation: $75,000 to $100,000 base salary plus bonuses and full benefits

With a strong reputation for results and client advocacy, we are continuing to grow and are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our expanding caseload.
Qualifications

Minimum of 3 plus years of litigation paralegal experience

Plaintiff side experience strongly preferred, especially in employment or wage and hour matters. Defense experience will also be considered

Strong familiarity with federal and or state court procedures

Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast paced environment

Detail oriented with strong follow through

Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred
Responsibilities
-
Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from intake through trial

Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

Manage discovery, including document collection, production, and tracking

Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and organized case files

Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and witness coordination

Conduct legal research and support case development
