Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with vulnerable adults, providing person-centered support to help them live safely and independently while achieving their individual goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to individuals receiving services.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including cooking, cleaning, laundry, and household tasks.
- Administer and document medications according to company policy and training.
- Support clients in achieving their individualized goals and daily objectives.
- Encourage independence, community involvement, and life skills development.
- Complete accurate daily documentation, including T-Logs, progress notes, and other required records.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful living environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, healthcare professionals, and team members.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable 245D regulations (preferred).
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with vulnerable adults or individuals with disabilities preferred.
- Passion for helping others and providing compassionate, person-centered care.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to pass a background study and meet employment requirements.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
