- Passion for the Foundation’s mission, nature, environmental stewardship, and people
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, non-profit management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in membership, e-commerce, fundraising, consumer engagement, or a related growth-oriented environment.

Demonstrated experience with business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional strategy development; experience partnering with finance and business intelligence teams strongly preferred.

Strong business leadership and strategic judgement, with the ability to shape plans, evaluate tradeoffs, build sound recommendations, and balance mission impact with financial performance.

Proven success leading through manager or team leads, coaching leaders to grow capability and results, and building alignment across teams and functions.
Days & Location:
This is a hybrid role located in Lincoln, Nebraska, in-office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; optional remote work on Wednesday and Friday.
