Elementary School Teacher Duties:

Elementary School Teacher Assistant Duties:
The Elementary School Teacher Assistant supports the lead teacher in creating a safe, engaging, and productive learning environment for students. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with lesson preparation, supervising classroom activities.
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students, and helping manage classroom behavior.
- Supports administrative tasks such as grading, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean classroom.
Strong communication, patience, and a passion for working with children are essential. Prior experience in an educational setting or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with elementary school students in an educational setting
- Experience in lesson planning, curriculum development, and assessment
