We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Commercial Refrigeration Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting commercial refrigeration systems and commercial food service equipment across various property sites. Your expertise will ensure our clients’ refrigeration and mechanical systems operate smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced field service environment. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and preventive maintenance on commercial refrigeration units & related food service equipment
- Document issues with equipment and repair as needed
- Assist with replacement of refrigeration components including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and ammonia refrigeration systems
- Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and maintenance logs for all performed tasksQualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration preferred
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other testing equipment effectively
- Experience with property maintenance tasks including appliance repair and general mechanical repairs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
